What is it?

The Euro 2004 Stockmarket is a trading game related to the European Championships Soccer in Portugal. Upon entering the game you receive 10 shares in all the teams playing at the Euro 2004, and 1000 cash to trade with. All you have to do now is buy and sell shares.

Your total value is the the value of your shares (at the current rating), plus your cash. The rating of teams that drop out of the tournament will bet set to 0. The rating of the winner will be set to 100. The player with the highest value after the finals wins the game.

Help us to improve
We are looking for a method to use to make sure persons trade with the intent to win and will not try to boost someone else. We had a lot of trouble disqualifying people using more than one username and or playing with groups of users. All idea's are verry welcome...Mail us: euro2004@denes.nl

How can I play?
Joining the game is FREE!.
First you have to create a new user.
Now you can login and start buying and selling shares. You can do this from your portfolio.
You can find more specific information under the Info/Help menu.
The rules are explained under the Info/Rules menu.
Recent issues are placed on the Info/News menu
The game started on April 15th 2004. And ended on 6 july 2004 with a glorious winner.
